Like this shop (Chatime in general!). They have mostly tea plus some smoothies (wish they had more varieties)! What I love is... how easily you can customize the sugar level (0 - 100%). They are helpful, fast and clean. Unfortunately, they still are nothaving dine-in. Read more

Chatime is a great place to visit for a drink with their menu being full of variety. This location is sometimes very busy so... there may delays in service but the staff makes sure to get orders out as quick as they can. The interior has a clean and modernlook and greatly spaced out for Covid protocols. There are a variety of drinks you can order and i highly recommend coming toChatime since every drink is made with great quality thanks to their wonderful staff. Read more
I purchased a hot pearl milk tea and was given with the plastic wrapper on top with a straw. When I asked for a proper lid, I... was told to put the straw in through the wrapper on top. I would have understood if the store was out of lids but serving a hotdrink with a plastic straw with a thin seal did not make any sense. Read more
In haven't been to Chatime in a very long time. The menu has changed but the cashier was very kind in helping me select two... drinks. The honey dew slush and taro smoothie were both very delicious. Two questions: 1. I placed a mobile order via Chatime app for pickup and it was cancelled bc the store was unable to confirm my... order. No biggie. I thought it was bc they?re busy. But when I got to the store, there were no lineups? It was empty? 2. Didy?all change the SOP for a large sized Lychee Black/Green Tea? I get the Lychee Black Tea and the Milk Tea Smoothie from Chatimeand it?s been this way for years. I don?t have any issues with the MT Smoothie but the Lychee Black Tea tasted super bland. Likethe lychee flavour was really little? I saw the tearista putting only two measuring cups of the lychee syrup; and the ice wasfirst placed into the cup itself without any measuring needed? Just wondering if Chatime?s changed the way it?s been doingthings bc from what I remember, every drink?s SOP is supposed to be measured, even the ice. This is the second time this drinkwas handled in a non-proper way. The first time was a trainee who made the drink and only put 1.5 measuring cups of the LycheeSyrup which I questioned about right at the moment in-store; a senior tearista apologized and remade the drink. As I was in arush tonight and the three employees were busy chatting I didn?t bother and just left thinking maybe they changed the SOP thistime. But the drink just doesn?t taste right. ???? Read more
