The food truck was at the Drive Fest 2022 at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. I ordered the poutine from the menu, overall the... poutine was okay, not great because the fries were the skinny shoestring fries instead of the usual thick cut fries served bythe other food trucks. The gravy was not bad. My recommendation would be to switch to a thicker cut fries for a true poutineexperience. Read more

Amazing juicy yummy homemade burger. Must try the poutine, topped with the great taste gravy. MUST TRY.

If there was a half a star I'd rate it at that. We stood in line behind 15 people. And Atleast 12 people waiting for their food.... We waited 35 minutes just to get our order taken. 38$ for a burger, poutine, and 3 canned pop. Then he said it'll be 10 min. 30min later we finally got our food. I thought man this has to be the best food ever, but I was very wrong. Burger was sub-par.Poutine was very gravy less and cheese was minimal. Total waste of my money and time. It would have been quicker, cheaper andtasted better to drive home, bbq some burgers, grow lettuce and make a salad, and drive back to the festival. Very poorlymanaged food truck. Asked about chicken burger at Barrie waterfront festival. Told it was chicken breast. It was ground chicken and had a few bone... chunks. Also there was a ketchup/mayo sauce on it not indicated on menu. Fries were great. Read more

Tried to get a burger from this truck at the Drive Festival in Bowmanville… the festival didn’t arrange to have enough food... options so lines were very long… not Casalingo Burgers fault. The issue I had is that they ran out of all their burgers butnever told the people in line. By the time people got to the window to order it was far too late to switch to another food truckline. We stood in line for over two hours before we were told that they only had fries left. They continued to allow people toline-up and wait for burgers even though they had sold out long ago. The burgers might be great but their business practices areshady. Read more

We just had an amazing experience with Casalingo Burger as a food truck for our wedding. The owners were amazing to work with... and the food was not only delicious, but great portion sizes and awesome service. They were definitely a highlight of our dayand our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was! I would highly recommend and will definitely be using themagain! Read more
