I wish I could give negative stars. We go to this location all the time. NEVER AGAIN! I have never been treated so rudely in my... entire life. It was busy which is fine. I ordered a cup of ice a sausage croissant and a hot chocolate. When I got to the windowthe girl put water in the cup of ice. I told her I just wanted a cup of ice. She got an attitude and walked away. We sat at thewindow for about 8 minutes when another girl brought a bag to the window with multiple things in it. I told her that wasn't myorder. Again major attitude. I was told I didn't have to be rude. Again I only said that wasn't my order. I said I am sorry Ihave been waiting Again my order was 3 things. I was told they were short staffed. The other girl then come over to tell me shehad been there since 5 am. And they were short staffed. So I told her I had been up working since 5 am and had to take mydaughter to urgent care. Then a third girl came to the window and started saying things. I told them to just give me a refundand was informed that they couldn't because there was no manager. I asked for the managers name and number 3 times. To make iteven better I had to ask for my hot chocolate twice. So basically these three girls wasted about 20 minutes being rude anddisrespectful and still couldn't get the order correct. Correction I also had a 20 Oz diet coke which is why I wanted the ice. Best Dunkin? in the area! The staff is always very friendly, the service is great, and the drinks and food are always good.
Place seemed under staffed. Place was busy and everyone inside had to wait for their order as staff was too busy with the drive... through. After my order was taken the girl as the counter stopped taking orders. Mañy people left as they could not place anorder. I waited a half hour for my order and then had to ask someone to complete the rest of my order. I was given the donutsbut not my coffee. ???? Read more
Asked for 2 maple cream and 2 boston cream donuts. Left the drive thru, opened the bag and the donuts were all upside down on... top of one another with the frosting stuck to the bottom of the bag with no wax papers in between. The donuts were a mess inthat bag. Then got home and had no boston cream donuts in the bag they were white cream. They did give us an extra donut andthey did taste good. Read more
Me and my friend went through about 5 minutes ago and the customer service was bad! The man on the speaker was very rude and not... friendly at all. This is our 3rd time here and they NEVER have any donuts each time we went. When anyone comes to Dunkin? Donutsit?s expected that they have donuts...
