Ordered delivery online and received 3 items that were not remotely like what I ordered. Called the store to get what I actually... wanted and they redelivered with half of the items missing. OMG big corporate chain. I picked up a sausage / peparoni pizza, and some other items and called with feedback. They cant find... my order number, my email address, my online order. I have the email, confirmation # order number, and can see the order in myorder portal. The manager could not find it and "didnt remember making it". Have been coming here for years. Just came from picking up my pizza today and as usual my pizza was perfect! Looks like the... young lady who has been the manger for a while now ( wish i could mention her name ) and her team are very professional butnice, always speak as soon as you walk in the door and give excellent customer service! EDIT - Tried ordering on their website for 49% off. Their site is slow & took forever. Finally got all entered & price was about... $17 per medium 2 toping pizza with no extra cheese. Tried again. Then called store. They can do nothing. Thinking maybe thislocation is just not up to snuff. :-( One pizza was an excellent crust, sauce, toppings, & cheese. The second was flat &unappetizing: wimpy crust, slapped on sauce, & skimpy toppings. Cheesy bread was just right. Usually great service, so quitesurprised one was such poor quality. Hmmmm. Read more
We love Dominos pizza. But the service at this location has been sub par. . We generally place our order online and do curbside... pick up. Event after setting the time for pick up, we have come home with cold pizza multiple times. On many occasions , thegarlic sauce which we had ordered was not even served . Since we realized it only after we got home, we never bothered to driveback for it. But today I 'm beyond frustrated when my husband came home with yet another cold pizza which I had to warm up inthe oven. I called them up and let them know about this as well. The guy on the phone apologized and has offered me a free pizzacredit . I hope they honor it. I will update this review later with how that went. Read more
We received 60 rewards points after the Aurora Dominos completely botched an order of 3 gluten free pizzas. Paid over $14 per... pizza for tiny 10? pizzas. Won?t go into the details of how they messed it up, but they gave us enough points for one mediumtwo-topping pizza. Called tonight to redeem the free pizza and order additional food, and Brian informed me that since thepoints are for a medium pizza and gluten free only comes in small, we?re out of luck. I tried to explain that the small glutenfree would be a couple bucks cheaper on the menu than the medium two-topping, but he didn?t care. Basically said ?can?t do it?and hung up. You know it?s a dumb system when they ruin your dinner and can only offer you a pizza you can?t eat. Read more
Every time we use this dominos something is wrong and they always have an attitude if you call about it. The pizza?s are never... cut through and we have to cut them, they will get items wrong, and it will show up cold. This order was a disaster. It spent 30minutes in ?quality check? but somehow they sent us a wrong item, they burnt the cheese on the steak sandwich until it lookedlike leather (I added the mayo in an attempt to save it), and they messed up the slicing on all the pizzas but especially theone in the picture. The box was broken on one pizza and the driver left the boxes on the porch in the cold with the sodas on topand didn?t even ring the doorbell so it was all cold when we brought it in. Read more
