Worst customer service ever. I was treated like trash. I ordered over 26 dollars in food, I only got about half of that. The... store was not busy. I called 10 times, and never got and answer. I drove back to get a refund and was told there was nothingthey could do. The cashier that says he worked there 2 years told me he dont know how to give a refund, or reprint a receit.Just kept telling me there was nothing he could do. They always forget our drinks, food was somewhat cold, and managers don't seem to care. They'd rather sit behind the counter... giggling and gossiping than paying attention to paying customers trying to get their attention to get food fixed. I've triedthem at different times of the day and different days of the week. Its always the same terrible service. Won't be going back.They started out amazing with quality food now its just like they don't care if they make people sick..will be callingcorporate. EDITED TO ADD: I submitted a report on the website in regards to the service and food we recieved. The managerSteven was prompt to call me this morning and apologize for his crews actions. He explained that the behavior was unacceptablefrom the night crew and reassured me he would be handling it. I have bumped them from 1 star to 3 because of his amazing reponsetime and reassurance that he will be handling things. This is the worst taco bell!! Every time i go i end up regretting it. My Order is never right and i think they?re using tea... spoons to scoop the meat and beans. Ive never seen a taco bell be so skimpy on their food. I ordered a bean burrito with extrasauce it was tiny like a cheese roll up. Ordered 3 crunchy tacos and they had more sour cream than meat n i didnt order the sourcream. I cant stand sour cream. Sucks to wait for years for this place to open here and its trash Read more
A joke. Pulled up and employees were just sitting outside and looked annoyed when we pulled in. I tried to order a power bowl... and was told they were out of black beans so I asked if they could substitute them with refried beans and she was so hateful andtold me it would be an up charge for that? I asked them could I get a discount on the bowl and she laughed and replied ?no I?mnot gonna substitute or give you a discount..why would I? That?s why I told you we?re out.? Ordered on the mobile app. We were missing our cinnabon. We also need bacon crunchwraps and all they had in them were hash... browns. The bacon burritos were mainly a tortilla. I also never got a reciept the lady was very rude. Read more
