2.75 for an extra patty? My husband waited like 15 mins in the drive thru to end up with the wrong order. Glad I checked it.... Then they gave another wrong order. When my husband finally got his order the extra patty was missing and there was very littlemushrooms. The manager, green hair and horn studs in his ears, said he was sorry for the hassle and that was it. He spent $15 onhis order and it was cold when he finally got to eat it. Seriously? I told my husband to stop coming to this Hardee's BECAUSEthey ALWAYS do this and it's ALWAYS the night shift that does it. I will continue to insist he not go to this Hardee's no matterhow much he likes the mushroom Swiss burgers. As a previous Hardee's employee myself in KNOW how it's supposed to go and thisplace never gets it right. Worst Hardee's in my area. Read more

I have had better food in the past here. But just went through the drive thru and bought $50 worth of food that was terrible.... Fries were soggy and we didn't get one order of fries that we order which were awful any way. My roast (big) beef sandwich wasall soggy bun and very little roast beef it was like the 2 for $5 roast beef sandwichs. Hardee's in general have went down hillsince I was a kid. This was the Aurora Missouri location. The guy who took our order was curtious, but huge disappointment forhow much I paid. Read more

The food was pretty good. However the roast beef had way to much liquid running from it, my bread was soaked. The soda machine... in the lobby was in dire need of cleaning. There were several tables that needed to be washed off. Was not impressed. Read more
I walk in and go to the counter. The shift manager is at the counter taking on his cell phone. Another employee is working drive... thru walking back and forth. I stood there a solid 5 minutes and was not acknowledged by the the manager or the worker. (Hellosir we'll be with you in one minute). Is all I needed. I was literally turning around to leave before I was helped. I'm big oncustomer service. I don't expect alot just simple pleasant service. And I paid $8 for this... Which wasn't correct. Wow , this was the most wet burger ever. The mushroom swiss was tasty and extremely messy , the swiss cheese was melted to the... point of oily flavored liquid that ran down the sides of the bun. I suspect it was microwaved , it was very hot and fusedtogether and sloppy . Ease up on the melted cheese , Hardee's , a little bit of heat goes a long way. Plus , $ 23.46 for twoburgers , fries and drinks , it better be good. Btw, the root beer is mostly acidic carbonation. Read more
