#1 In April you advertised that customers received $3.00 for picking up their own pizza. We ordered, went to pick up our order... and was told you do not offer that deal. NOWHERE is it advertised that this deal is for participating stores only. #2 Today,June 7th at 5 p.m.;we tried again after watching your advertisement for 50% off from June 6 to June 12. The snarky young ladytaking phone orders said "you must download/print the coupons before ordering" NOWHERE is this in your ad on TV.' Then the nastylady commented to my son that "she has a job and can read instructions" How insulting. She needs a job where she is not nearcustomers either in person or via phone. Needless to day we will take our orders elsewhere where you get what is advertised. Myson owns his own business here in town and we will certainly be telling all friends and neighbors NOT to order from you. Horrible everything. Wife internet ordered and said 30 minutes to pickup. 40 minutes after the 30 it was done. She was told... it was going to be brought out to her car. She had to go inside to get it. Obviously not freshly made. Live 4 minutes awayexactly. Cold upon arrival. Virtually no heat at all. I drove 470 miles today on a 12 hour shift. Pretty damn hungry aftergetting home. Super let down. First and last time ordering from there. Luckily I had pork chops thawed out for tomorrownight that I had to grill tonight.
