Leslie is the rudest person I have EVER had an interaction with, whether I?m door dashing or making a personal order she?s... always mean for no reason! There?s been times I try to order over the phone at 11:40 and she tells me they aren?t taking ordersand they have already started cleaning even though they are supposed to close at 12! There?s been times I come to pick up doordash orders and she has an attitude when I say the customer is asking for ketchup, I?ve asked for the manager on multipleoccasions and she doesn?t give me a way to contact them, she rolls her eyes and she just has attitude all over her! I literallydrive 30 mins away just to avoid this location!! Tonight I called 13 times since 11:30 and no one answered until 11:45 and shesaid they were closed and when I asked for her name she hung up in my face I then called 4 more times and at 11:50 got an answerjust to talk to her ONCE AGAIN to tell me that they are closed! She then decided to lie and say they are closing early because afryer caught on fire and I was literally outside and saw that, that DID NOT happen! She told one of the workers to close thedoor in my face and I held the door open and asked for the manager, who OF COURSE AGAIN WAS NOT THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GOTO ANOTHER LOCATION! Not happy, Ordered the thigh bites and got mixed pieces of dry boneless chicken and chunks of cooked chicken batter, I actually... only saw 3 thigh bites, Had the same order while in Scottsdale, Az and it was perfect all pieces we thigh bites. I guess it'sbest to order bone in wings. Read more
Gabby the manager is very unprofessional and rude. I am still waiting a refund of an order that food was returned and Gabby... prepared wrong. I took food back to Wingstop on Saturday April 30th and today is Friday May 6th and still no refund. Iinitially purchased food from Naperville Forgue location and was told to called the Aurora Eola location because Gabby was theretoday. I called and phone was picked up and hung up. I guess with the caller ID she don't want to give me a refund. She isthe manager at both locations. I will never support either location again. Waiting over 7 days for a refund for your mistakeis ridiculous and to hang up on someone while I'm calling just shows you don't need the business and you dont care about patronssupporting your business. This is my second time ordering here. My daughter ordered the thigh combo with seasoned fries and blue cheese dressing . It came... with a 20oz drink as well. First off let me say that my daughter liked her meal. I only ordered the 5 piece classic wings withlemon pepper dry seasoning. I enjoyed the taste of the lemon pepper however, the wings were over cooked which suggests to methat they were not made to order. The wings harden after being fried a second time. I know fresh to order when I taste it and Idon't like refried wings. I will pass on another attempt to like Wings from Wingstop. Read more
Food was trash! Overcooked, inedible garbage. Chewy and tough! Fries were cold and forgettable as well. I ordered the 30 peice... wing meal for my family and no one ate anymore of it after a bite into the chicken. Money and food wasted. My first and lasttime ordering from Wingstop. My family loves Wingstop wings so much and I am really trying to give this place a chance, but out of 10 orders to only get 2... correctly is pretty bad. To top it off you can?t ever get on hold of anyone when you call the location. Gave 2 stars justbecause I love the product. Please do better Eola location! Read more

Never ordering here again ! First time here and I never had such horrible food as well horrible customers service.
