I hope their manager or owner see this comment. It was amazing having an employee take your order (large family order) without... issues and entered correctly in the first try. He did not have a name tag but 12/6/22 5:15pm was the time stamp. He should berecognized and rewarded. You don't see this type of work ethic nowadays. Read more

No lettuce. Didn't know till you got to window to pay. Painful slow drive thru line. Food was good when we got it.

Shrinkflation has hit Wendy's frosties. The new "large" is what the old small used to be. Same price but really small. Gonna... really have to think whether it's worth it or not anymore. Shame, too, I really like these but I'm not going to get 2 to make upthe difference. Read more

Little girl at the window gave us 2 BBQ sauces for 2 large combos and a 6 piece nugget. Asked her for some more sauce and she... gave us 3 saying that's all I can give u we're running out and walked away from the window. Way to satisfy a pregnant customer.If she doesn't wanna work in customer service or fast food don't work there. And take your earpod out since u can hear what Isay and have me repeat it a thousand times before your just rude anyways Read more

I ordered a triple Burger. And a bigger deluxe. There was fresh hot. Customer service was pleasing had a smile on their faces.... Have food on time we got through one do. And all my food that I ordered was in the bag. Thank you Wendy's keep up the good work. Read more

Well if you don't want food poisoning you may want to avoid this Wendy's chicken. Yep undone in the middle would have asked for... a refund but was in a rush. So they aren't checking the temperature of their meat. So be warned. Read more

Currently am sitting at the window to pay because they are waiting for the meat to cook. No one is in front of me at the pickup... window. I asked them if they were trying to mess with the timer and the girl was like uhhhh nooo. When they did let me go tothe next window they just shoved the bag out the windows and say have a good night. I waited for them to notice me waving forthem to see me. The lady that handed me my food say what do you need and I showed her my phone as I was writing this review andinformed her I would be letting the Corp office know and they just were laughing like ok sorry. Such a shame that this is howpaying customers are treated. Update: 5/1/2021 Figured I would see if things have changes but sadly they haven't. I was justasked to sit at the first window until they made my order. When I asked the guy if they were trying to beat the timer hefreaked out a bit. 5 minutes and counting as I sit here and wait. Normally have great experiences here,but seems like they?ve gone down hill lately. Well evening food anyways. Frys seemed under... done & soggy except the hard crisp ones I received which were almost empty inside they were so double cooked. Bacon as you cansee is way under cooked except the slightly cooked end & they weren?t busy like they had to rush my order through. Will I stillgo here yes,but not for dinner. Breakfast & lunch are always good. Cheryl is one of the best cashiers I?ve dealt with. Alwayshas a smile on her face & very easy to deal with & deserves an awning over her window. Read more
