It was slow going to the drive-thru. Hamburgers were missing the lettuce. The order was correct.

Well, I tried to go to 2 different Wendy's today. First in Naperville at Ogden and Eola. I tried to go in, and the dining room... closed, doors locked. Get in drive through lane and 15 minutes to get 4 cars in front of me. I get to order and they tell me agrilled chicken sandwich would take 15 minutes. We left. Went to the one on Douglas, better but put honey mustard on my spicychicken sandwich, grilled one wife said didn't taste right. Will no longer go to any of these. Read more
Ive ordered from this place dozens of times and this was the first time having a bad experience, but it's a really big letdown.... I waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes, which didnt bother me since I know the business is short-staffed. After gettingmy order i was home in less than 10 min and everything was cold, except for the frosty which was melted. Obviously the food wassitting out while someone waited for something so I was given the food at room temp that then got cold over the few minutes ittook me to get home. Im really disappointed I waited so long for cold food. Read more
Food was not bad. I was waiting at the drive thru for 30 mins just to order and another 10mins just for them to give me my food.... They always have a long drive thru line, Not sure if they are short staffed or not. Read more
Unfriendly and they need to update the dining hours by the entrance. It says open @ 9am. I even ask the drive through person and... doesn't even know what time the dining area open. Read more
