Car wash closed sign not blocking entry. I called and asked. ?It will be in a couple minutes?. 10? later started opening. No... receipt given, mirror not aligned to see if on track. Right side brush didn?t work. Went in to tell them. She said to otherperson, right brush not working. Just gave money back rudely as I was stunned, she said well it?s not going to be fixed today.How do I know it?s not a simple fix, needs to be de thawed. Entitlement rude service as usual. Read more
I bought cigarettes, snacks and gas. Guess what didn?t make it in the bag? This guy working midnights needs to find another... job. I called there when I discovered it. Absolutely rude. Horrible! Every time I visit this location Edith is yelling at a customer and it?s totally inappropriate. She?s very nasty... toward people, and should not be working any customer related position. They have a sign on their door saying that customersmust wear masks but yet none of the employees are??!?! That makes a lot of sense.. you cannot tell a customer that they have toleave if they are not wearing a mask when you?re not wearing one yourself .. The mandate is for all people not just forcustomers.. I was waiting in line watching her yelling at people so I put my stuff back and left and I will not be returning?What happened to being nice to your customers, without them you wouldn?t have a job! Pretty cheap gas and a nice little place to eat and drink. I think it was recently renovated and it looks good. I saw there... were some bad reviews for rude workers, and I can't comment on the gas desk people, but the little restaurant has very friendlystaff. My coworkers always say their burgers are the best. Read more
Whenever im in town i stop here and usually everything is great an the bathrooms are amazing for a gas station.. when liz is... working i have no complaints its perfect.. i was there a few days ago and there was an elderly man working an it was the firsttime i had a bad experience NOTHING was stocked an the bathrooms needed to be cleaned i overlooked it because stuff happens ..but i asked him for a fountain cup lid when there were no other customers in the store an he had such an attidude so i justwalked away opened the cabinet an just got it myself it was very disappointing thats why im only giving 4 stars Read more
