3 stars not because of the staff but Starbucks with all the money they make can probably afford to open up more stand alone... Starbucks. Every Starbucks I?ve been to is always in a strip mall and the lines for drive thru are always so long! So somehow wehave to find a way of not being in the way of cars trying to get into the strip mall. Some people don?t care about other carsand will block the entrance for other cars trying to get to chipotle or whatever other stores. Staff is great. Hard workers andfriendly. They get 5 stars! I originally had given 3 stars but I changed my mind because it?s not fair to this Starbucks sincemy complaint was more for the strip mall it?s in. So 5 stars for the wonderful crew! Read more
Note that I am not giving a five-star review to Starbucks restaurants in general. Just to this specific store. They are... genuinely nice, not that over the top, melodramatic fake type of nice. They move their traffic through very promptly, which isalso extremely uncommon for any drive-thru Starbucks. They're quick and precise. I go every single morning. Emma is great!!! Love her she always makes my drinks AMAZING! She?s always so upbeat.
Staff is very nice but unfortunately they always mess up orders , take forever , and they constantly run out of things and don?t... turn it off online . I have to constantly ask for my money back on my Starbucks card bc of that . Today on Father?s Day I got myhusband a venti cold brew and it says venti and they gave me a grande .
