Unfortunately i always go to this location because it?s within a few minutes of me, but I now make the extra drive to go to the... 59 & 75th location instead. They are consistently slow here even with a ton of staff and the staff has also been rude manytimes. Also there have been multiple times they legit put whipped cream instead of vanilla cold foam on my drink and the guyalways tried to lie to my face that it was cold foam but he probably just didn?t want me to go thru the hassle of asking for arefund because cold foam is like $1.75!! Anyways i recommend the 59&75th location because they are always extremely friendly andthe line moves super quick unlike here Read more

This Starbucks need to get it together. Normally I don't have an issue but this is the 2nd time with this newer person that I've... never heard before over the speaker in the mornings. The 1st time a few weeks ago. I got the impression this woman was laughingat me through the speaker box when I tried to order. Today, I bought a drink and was trying to scan my phone so I could getpoints through the drive through. Not only was it the same woman at 6:30am this morning but she couldn't get my phone scanned toadd points (is this not going to be an issue if people are paying through the app in the drive through or want points for themoney they spend on these expensive drinks? And is there not any other way to assist me or ring me at the front register orswitch scanners?) I guess not, joke is on me I suppose. Read more

This is probably the worst location I?ve been to. I live very close but if I can, I will drive to a different location because... the customer service is not good. The workers aren?t friendly and they have messed up my orders most times I?ve been here. Ialways come back to give them another try and end up regretting it. I?d recommend going to a different location if you can. Read more

I have to always give this location props! Usually I?m waiting 15-30 minutes in the drivethru so I can?t say it?s the fastest... location but given the circumstances of being right across from two busy schools they do their best! I always go in for amorning coffee before work or afternoon tea and the service is always incredible. I didn?t get the name of everyone workingtoday but Susan was working drive thru and oh my goodness she was so friendly and helped a ton. They were out of ingredients forpretty much every drink I wanted but she came up with something great (iced green tea lemonade with raspberry syrup). I reallyhope management recognizes how great the staff is that shows up because the service is why I keep coming back. Thanks guys! Read more

Normally, I don?t take the time to do a review. Susan/ cashier really notice me to do it. She did not ask for verbally. Because... of her actions, I decide it to take the time. Excellent actitud. This used to be our go to Starbucks. Not anymore. Drive 5 minutes in any direction to the next Starbucks, especially if You... drink Cold Brew. Constantly out of cold brew first thing in the morning because the prior shift didn?t make it or some tap isbroken. Then they try to pawn off iced coffee on you as if it?s the same lol iced coffee is also cheaper than cold brew but whenpresented the option for iced coffee instead do I get a refund on my already paid for cold brew?? No. Also Highly suggest you donot get in the drive thru line if you value your time. Read more

2021 has been a awful year for me so far. It's testing my resilience beyond what 2020 put me through. I was having a really bad... day, and was debating Starbucks. I went and ordered the usual Honey Citrus Mint Tea and chocolate croissant. And like a loser,asked "What do you recommend after a bad day at work and dealing with a bad breakup?" Two lovely people suggested the velvetloaf bread (which was indeed very sweet and delicious). Once my order was ready, a sweet woman came to the window and reassuredme and said she hopes I have a better day. I told her a little of what I've been going through, and she was so nice and kindtelling me I'm a good person. I wish I asked the names of the two baristas I talked to, because they lifted my sad mood. I criedof happiness on my drive home instead of sadness, and came home to find kind notes written on each item I got. This Starbucks isso much better than the one on US-34 by Douglas. Thank you for taking the extra minute to make me, a complete stranger, feelcomforted and reassured. This is the nicest thing someone has done for me in a long time.
