Love sonic. Love the food. Love the tots. Food Quality, food prep, food temperature has never been an issue. Pricing is a... little high, would go more often if it were cheaper. Quality and taste comes with a cost. It's not quick. Perhaps theyoffer order ahead, but if you hit the drive thru expect to wait. That's my biggest issue with Sonic. Friendly service. Greattaste. Just wish they were a little quicker and a little cheaper. Come and try the tots! Or their super yummy breakfastburrito's ! Read more

I pulled in stall 1 and ordered my food. The stall would not process my card so I walked in to the restaurant. I'm not sure if... they didn't deliver my food to the car because I hadn't paid, but my food was cold. I think it might have sat there a bit. Itlooked like only 2 people were working. Decided today to go to sonic and get milk shakes. We waited for about 30 minutes to get our shake. Fine okay they probably just... have a staffing shortage. After receiving our shakes we discovered they put the wrong toppings on the wrong shakes. A littledisappointed to say the least. Read more

Went in to pick up order? they put it off and put it off, counted 7 cars get food in the drive through while they said they... were still making my order. Canceled order and left. If you can?t make delivery customers a priority like the rest, than don?toffer delivery services like Uber eats and door dash. Unprofessional staff couldn?t give time order would be ready. Onecheeseburger on order? that?s all. Also food should be ready for the driver when you ask ( ping) (hit ready for driver). Notstart making the food when the arrive. Burger not made like I ordered and the tots were still cold in the middle. Drove back and argued with an employee about the... pickles that were on my bacon double cheeseburger. They don't put those on the bacon but do on the regular double cheese. Inthe app there is only lettuce, tomato and mayo. I ordered without mayo and tomato but they felt the need to add pickles andthen argue with me that they normally come on it. NO! Read more

This was to be a Father's day treat I was picking up. Drove in and parked in a spot. Voice comes on and says system not... working-get in drive thru. Ok - wait in drive thru 20 mins and girl comes out to say - Sorry for the wait but they areshort-staffed and only have 1 cook and 2 others working. Ok I wait. Finally place order and now wait another 20 mins to get towindow to pick up food. Get handed 1 bag so I look at contents and tell them this is not my order. Get asked 3 times what myorder was so I had enough and left. What a joke! Read more

HORRIBLE!!! Always mistakes, staff is not friendly and are unhelpful. The parking lot is a nightmare withing the 2 hours prior... to close, the drive in stall are never open anymore, and the online ordering as disastrous. BE prepared to be sitting for 45minutes to get anything. Read more
