Was told it was going to be a 6min wait for one of my items and already had the other. Pulled up and waited 25min before I... walked in. For them to tell me they didn?t have any of my food not sure if they ever planned to walk out and tell me any ofthis. Not only did they waist my time the place was dirty, food and things thrown on the ground and all kinds of crumbs and foodsitting bare on the counter. Not to mention the original person to great me had dirty graphic tshirt on. This place has beengoing down hill for a while. I?ve had good experiences in the past but this place sucks now both quality of food and customerservice.not coming back can?t recommend to anyone. Read more
I must say I have not had a Popeye?s that ever let me down, but since we're talking about this location in particular, I... remember it quite well. They have great hospitality, they're friendly, everyone seemed happy and their chicken was literally themost delicious chicken I've had. The chicken was moist and crispy, the sides were great and it was a lot better price than other chicken places. Will recommend 100%. I really enjoyed eating at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. Read more
This Popeyes is awful, just completely awful. The quality started very high at this location when it opened, but the pandemic... has ruined the location?the staff are incompetent, rude, and non-communicative. I?ve waited a half hour for chicken, I?vereceived stale food, had whole portions of my order forgotten, and had employees be outright rude. This location should justclose, it?s a liability to the Popeyes brand. Read more

Ordered the large lunch box for but did not receive my coleslaw. Multiple attempts to call the restaurant to ask for a future... credit but the line is just busy. Guessing they are understaffed as the drive they line was also slow. The food I did receivewas fresh and good. Read more
Very less than overwhelming, I stood at the counter at least 4 minutes before being recognized as a customer. The attentiveness... of the CSR's was much to be desired. Ghetto at best. Read more
The something is always wrong with orders (drinks, completely different meals, etc.) Or they tell you your food was just being... cooked with an estimated time of 8 minutes and then take 20-30 minutes. Their phones also dont work. I completely understandstaffing issues and that things take time but then be upfront. Unfortunately after waiting in the drive thru for awhile the food was terrible. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. All three... were tough and stringy almost like they were overcooked. And they had NO mayo and only a couple pickles making the sandwichreally dry. Sorry Popeyes. I love your chicken sandwiches but not these. Read more
