I ordered a four piece meal and 2 chicken sandwiches. The chicken was dry in the meal and the sandwiches. I called the store... back and told them about it and they said they would put me in the book to replace it. When I went back to the restaurant to getmy meal they said they only had my four piece meal in the book. After 5 minutes of arguing I only got my 4 piece meal replaced.The customer is always right but when poorly runned businesses do what they want the can get away with murder. I will never gothere again to play Russian roulette to see if I get fresh chicken. Read more

It liberally took me close to an hour in the drive thru line to get a 2 piece meal. No drink. Sadly I didn't have time to eat... when I crossed the street back to work. Spicy chicken? Don't even have the Popeyes flavor. They get an A for crispy and heat.Disappointed. Read more

I am sick and tired of this place horrible drive thru. They have yet again screwed up my order I asked for a small MILD 3 piece... tenders with fries and mashed potatoes with extra gravy....... I love Popeye's but this location is sliding down fast. I don't fault the workers at all, they're doing the best they can. It's... management's fault! The place is busy so, money is coming in. Probably skimming some off the top ot pay for luxuries orvacations instead of fixing the A/C. Tenders are more like fingers! Could be a bit more spicy, but edible. Read more

Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other options in the area. They will take 40 minutes to fill your order,... forget items and then when you get home and open your sandwiches there will be no sauce and half the skin will be ripped off. This location needs to do better! I ordered 8 chicken nuggets and only received 6 and it was cold and stale. The cold French... fries were just thrown into a bag.
