As an old meat, potato and gravy guy I was a little skeptical of trying Poke Bros. But what a pleasant surprise! I ordered The... Duke with sushi rice and let them put everything else in the bowl. The bowl was "bright" and very flavorful. I really liked thefact that there were a lot of different items in the bowl I would never try on my own (like seaweed) and that every portion sizewas just enough. I really liked the marinated tuna, the Ponzu, OG Sauce, Gochujang sauce and the sea weed salad. The staff werevery patient and explained the individual items that I was not familiar with.
