The manager was rude and disrespectful, when I called to make them aware that not all of my order was delivered the manager made... them hang up on me, when I called back the manager then put me on hold and did not answer the phone. I then drove over to thePizza Hut and how conveniently the manager had left. The worker who was at the counter was very respectful and understood andgot me what was missing from my order. My fiance and I ordered pizza from here late on Thursday night, within an hour of closing. Our pizza was on its way within about... ten minutes, and when we got it we saw that it was dough-y and undercooked. We figured they got lazy in the last hour, so myfiance talked to someone at Pizza Hut the next day and they apologized and said that they would give us a free pizza that day,and to pick it up at 6pm. At 6pm, the staff had no idea who we were or anything about our free pizza, they said they wouldcredit my account $20. Well, the pizza they messed up was about $30. So we called again, and were told that we would be given$30 credit, and it would show up on my Pizza Hut app. When we tried to order, there was NOTHING credited on my app. We called,and they said that we should have a $15 credit, and that there is no possible way we could have more than $20 credited becausesupposedly there is a "limit". We stopped there and will not be returning. There is zero communication between employees andzero desire to correct mistakes. I know it?s a busy Friday night but I placed an order and it was supposed to be ready around 8:25 and it?s 9:10 and I?m still... standing in here and there?s like 15 other people in the lobby complaining about how long it?s taking and there?s supposed to bea drive through and there isn?t.
