The brownies and cookies are absolutely amazing. The price is a lot but it's worth it once in a while.
I went in right at closing everyone was nice. The cookies were fresh also for it to be late. A nice treat when leaving the mall.

The girl with the curly hair who took my order was very rude and had attitude. It was my first time going there and she was not... helpful in explaining what was sold there. I would not go to this location again although I gave an extra star because it wasgood. Read more
My 8 year old daughter just had a birthday and asked for a cookie cake so we were looking for the closest Mrs. Fields which was... at Chicago Premium Outlet. My wife asked for a Narwhal design and they totally delivered. The very nice cookie artist was morethan happy to get a great design and clearly loved her job so much as she was so excited to show off her excellent work and itwas really amazing. My daughter loved it and so did all of her guests. Amazing service, amazing taste, amazing artistry, and asthe box was huge she even made sure I had my keys in my hand while holding the box with both arms so I didn't drop the cookie onthe way to the car.
