This locations the worst can never get order correct. 1 time ordered breakfast received a large bag full of maple syrup, butter... and forks. No food at all and didn?t even order pancakes so why syrup? And again tried this location came home with completelywrong order. the lady doesnt know the different between a latte and macchiato. so i try to tell them i ordered a macchiato when they give me... a latte and i give up trying to tell them its not what i asked for. its been multiple times where they mess up a simple drink. Read more
The worst McDonald?s I?ve been to! You could tell that the fries had been left out because they were cold and hard straight out... of the drive thru window. And they throw the sandwiches together with no effort. I understand that there are issues sometimesbut the employees should not be serving food they wouldn?t eat their selves. Asked for a hazelnut ice coffee, lite ice and extra hazelnut. I got coffee wit NO hazelnut and little milk! Anyone who drank... coffee with no sugar or cream knows that it is undrinkable that way. I had to toss the entire cup of drink. Restaurant has goodfood, but I think I'll go to the one in North Aurora because the Gelena restaurant has served me terrible coffee on severaloccasions.
