Don?t bother ordering from here. I ordered 2 pizzas on July 7th, the order was cancelled without giving me any reason yet I was... still charged for my pizza, small order fee, delivery fee AND a tip. I have attempted to call the store multiple times AND left3 messages with customer service to get my money back and I cannot get in touch with anyone. It is now the 14th and I am stilltrying to get a hold of someone, ANYONE, who will give me me money back for the pizza I never received. Unacceptable. Read more
Pizza was 15 minutes after completion window. Pizza was mad incorrect and I had to return to get it fixed. Although the... manager gave me side eye, she did fix my order without incident. This was one bad experience, and I will probably return. Read more
This is by far the worst Little Caesars franchise. My family has had numerous horrible experiences here, far too many to count.... What led me to post this review is an experience that happened today. After messing up our order (giving us the wrong pizzaswhich were cheaper than the pizzas we paid for), the manager proceeded to hang up the phone on me when I informed her of theerror made. That led me to drive back up to Little Caesars to demand a refund or a correction made to the order (so we canreceive the right pizzas). In the end the manager refused to provide a refund or correction and stated that there was nothingshe could do now. I've never experienced customer service this poorly. Needless to say I will be contacting corporate as thisfranchise needs new ownership if this is how they conduct themselves regularly. At a minimum, that manager needs to find a newcareer. Read more
Terrible ruined my daughter 9th birthday party no pizza!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 3 pizzas, bread sticks and ranch all she wanted. Pre... ordered on line 715pm pick up failed. A ton of people standing around. The system down "they said" no organization. One girlworking trying figure the orders out. When I get up to the manager he said refunded your card 3 to 5 days. But it's pizza atleast 6 in the to go spots. If he was a good manager with customer service skills he would have let me get at least one pizzarefund or not! I made it clear I had kids waiting for pizza my kids birthday! So I hit the plastic part, what he do call thepolice on me!!!!!!! Never will I ever go here again!! Read more
