Twice this Month they have added pickles to a no pickle sandwich. Both times when I returned/denied the sandwiches because of... the pickles they simply took them off and gave the same sandwiches back. They didnt care if It was an allergy or the fact thebread/chicken tasted/smelled like pickles. Both times had to return to ask for new sandwiches that had never had pickles onthem. Terrible drive up service..1 pot pie..would have to wait 20 minutes for a 2nd one..couldnt hear the order guy..speaker working?... Think Ill switch to Popeyes. Read more
There is always an issue here, most of the time you have to wait a half hour or more for some simple food. Learn this trick?... order from the drive threw and you will get your food faster. The manager will fight you on it but it will definitely be thetruth. Read more
A classic Chicken experience. Don't get the tenders they will cheap out and be dry but the actual Chicken pieces are great and... made to order. The sides are usually bland or dried out and the customer service is fine but short. Read more
Never get order correct. Popcorn chicken mostly breading. Guy at window has no interest in working. Was a pain to have serve... customers. Totally a poor reflection on kfc. Read more
Just got KFC from this location tonight. I ordered through the drive thru and had to pull around and wait for 30 minutes to get... my food. The chicken was cold and my son?s Mac and Cheese looked like soup or something. It was nothing like the Mac andCheese we?ve gotten at KFC in the past. I called the location and got a ?sorry bout it? from the staff. Dinner went in thegarbage and I?m out $30. I would not recommend this location. Read more
Not normally a KFC visitor, but wanted to try the new chicken sandwich. Stopped here and purchased the sandwich, it was... delicious. Huge piece of meat, with mayo and pickle. Last time I ever go to this location. Second visit where I was told no matter what I ordered it would be a 10+ min wait. So... basically they have zero food available. Good thing my family prefers Popeyes Read more
