I wish I could give them a lower rating than one star. I have been to Jersey Mike?s many times but this has been the worst... jersey mikes I?ve ever been to. When I came into the store I ordered a giant sandwich they told me they did not have enoughchange for me to pay for my sandwich so I had to go to another store to get change and come back to get my sandwich when I camehome my sandwich was completely wrong so I called them they argued with me on the phone and said I never even ordered a sandwichso I got back in the car and drove all the way back to the store to get my new sandwich and they asked me if I would preferredto just have bread instead of making me a new sandwich I said no and they snatch the sandwich out of my hand and made my newsandwich with a complete attitude I will never return to this Jersey Mike?s I recommend you not come here if you value goodcustomer service. I have been in the food service industry for decades and I have to say that the staff here are very friendly. The food quality... is in a league of their own compared to competitors in the submarine sandwich business. This location has always been clean andthe best mark of a clean restaurant is the cleanliness of the bathroom ... theirs is the best I've seen in a food serviceestablishment. One of the best things about this place is that the independent owner is very hands on and is always there toaddress concerns and resolve them. Nobody gets it right 100%, but when you have an owner who is willing to turn any negativeinto a positive, you can count on quality food, service, and atmosphere.
