worst ihop i ever been too. waited 45 for a curbside order that they never even came out to give me. i tried calling multiple... times after my arrival and the phone was disconnected. i had to end up going in and not one person acknowledged my first 20minutes in the building. i had to walk over to the kitchen and tell them myself i was waiting on an order for the past 45 mins.even after getting my order it was cold and i had to recook the bacon myself on my stove because it was practically raw.terrible service 0 stars if i could, never again Read more
Sunday, 9/11/22 we came to ihop and arrived at 10:30 and they told us it would be 45-60min wait. There were two families ahead... of us and the parking lot wasn?t too full. The dining area wasn?t even that full. They had several available tables. So weassumed that they were just super short staffed, especially with all the workers running around in a rush. At 11:30 we finallygot seated. From that moment everything went to hell. We didn?t get out food until 12:45pm, and that is only because we told thewaitress that we have been waiting two hours and we were going to leave. She told the servers that the next food that came outhad to be ours. In the meantime while we waited, we counted 4-5 tables of families that came AFTER us with their food before us.They all ate and left before us. So finally the food came and it wasn?t great. You could tell the pancakes weren?t finished andthey were rushed. The waitress kept apologizing, we know it wasn?t her fault. She told the manager what happened and apparentlyhe said we would get 20% off. We never did. He only gave us a 10% senior discount, which we would have already gotten for mydad. So the waitress was nice enough to take our drinks and some meals off the total. Still was a $80 total and $20 tip. We hada horrible experience here. I understand they were short staffed but we don?t understand how 4-5 other families got seated afterus, their food, and left all before us. It?s as if they just ignored our order. Oh and the manager was hiding the entire timefrom us. We were told he would come and talk to us and he never did. Didn?t even want to give us the discount. Had to ask to be seated. It took 40 minutes for part of our food to come out and it was warm at most. Ended up waiting another... 15 minutes for the rest of it. We also witnessed 2 other parties walk out after having to wait a long time to get waited on. Theplace was pretty slow for a Saturday and now we know why. Hopefully with all the bad reviews someone will make a change! Read more
The service was great but the food was not good as I remembered. I was really disappointed and feel that IHOP is going down... hill. Prices are higher (as thry are everywhere) however if the quality of food goes down, that's why ratings will not be good.My turkey was fried on a grill which dried it out. Just not good. Read more
The service cooking was slow today, we were seated in back and could smell the bathroom. When our food finally got to us it... wasn't hot. The best part of our visit was our waitress she was very nice. Read more
This place should be avoided at all cost. Extremely poor management, had more then enough staff but service is still super slow.... Floors were slippery, bathrooms dirty, and had to listen to the servers talking about how they take their showers to the cooks.Not always open during their stated hours, plus been there when you are asked to wait with only a few tables being utilized,again staff was more then enough based on experience. This last time they made mistake on my bill and stated it is only a coupledollars off, fine then that will come off your tip... I use to come here all the time with great service, not sure where theywent wrong. I could keep going, but they already wasted so much of my time, doesn't even deserve a one star. Read more
Our server was great. Tables were clean. Seats were comfortable but the food was trash. It's like they dipped everything in oil... and then slapped it on the plate. Food was better than expected. Got the blueberry protein pancakes with lemon ricotta and they were really good. Took about 1/3... home because it was a lot of food. The service, the servers were great. Unfortunately there were only two of them, for which Idon't fault them but had to take one star off. Not their fault, they were speeding around like crazy.
