Delicious and well cooked as I remember it from years past. Unfortunately it arrived warm, not hot, and soggy, even with uncut.... It simply took too long to get it here. Maybe too many stops or maybe something else. Hopefully they address this issue. Ihad to rebook everything to get the cheese melt and the crust crisped up. Read more

placed an order with an employee who sounded like she was barely paying attention on the phone, asked me to confirm my phone... number 2 times and name 3 times...i place my order, wait 45 min and show up to nothing ready and two employees telling me inever placed an order. Checked my phone and confirmed the phone number and they still offered me nothing. They got their managerand the best he could do was make a pizza which would take another 30 min and waive a delivery fee. That wouldn't actually saveme anything, since i already spent the time and gas to get out there. just avoid this place, they don't know what they're doing. Read more

I had ordered a Large deep dish Chicago classic and it was our first time ever ordering from this pizzeria . When I arrived to... the house the pizza was watery and the sausage didn?t look like it was cooked all the way through and was just a big slab ofmeat . Unfortunately the family was hungry so we had no choice than to eat it . We even tried to put pizza in the microwave tosee if the meat would cook a little bit but it did no justice . I usually order and do pickup from the Naperville location in Downtown but they don't deliver. I've ordered delivery from them... twice and both times the Pizza was not good. Yesterday was ordered a Large thin crust and we ALL felt nauseous and sickafterwards. Nobody in the house wanted to eat the left over pizza. I don't know what they did, maybe used old ingredients.Whatever it was, we will not be ordering from here again. Read more
