Inside is always closed! Some people can't go through the drive through! Losing lots of business by not opening the inside.

They are the worst Dunkin donuts. I went there to get my morning coffee. I went through the drive through at 4: 58. And they... didn't open up til 5:15 am. But the sign on the window says they open up at 4am. They even made my coffee wrong. Read more
By far one of the worst DD, I avoid at all possible costs but due th the proximity of the location and home, my kids always want... it. They never have anything...Donuts, Muffins etc. When they do have it, it's stale and/or old. Requested Decaf coffee and wasgiven cold coffee that apparently had been sitting awhile. When I said this is old tasting and cold she asked if I wanted itheated up. Absolutely not, I'd like a fresh cup. I was told it would take 15 M to brew a new batch, confirming basically that itwas old. Service is slow but thats to be expected. Read more
this is my favorite location - and the one that got me hooked onto DD. I've always been met with kindness and my drinks taste... perfect - drive thru is fast. Lovely staff. My spending habits may not enjoy how often I go but thats not what I'm here toreview. I honestly just want the staff to be recognized for all they do. Read more
Super slow service! Stopped by this Dunkin? for an ice/cream break on a sunny day. The store wasn't busy however our order took... a Lil longer than usual. An ice cream scoop for the kiddo, a coffee, and an avocado toast for the grownups. Despite theservice being slow, our expectations were still on with the new ???? avocado toast but were crushed too soon just like baconbits. The avocado toast was nowhere flavorful, it wasn't even cooked properly. Somehow it looked tempting but the bread waskinda soggy? the avocado on top had lemony flavor only. PS- No dine-ins allowed. I went this morning and I have to say that the morning service quality has decreased immensely! when i pulled up to the speaker,... a employee in a extremely dry tone said good morning and the paused and then finally asked what i would like. when i get to thewindow she said my total extremely quietly and seemed confused when i asked her to repeat it. i go give her my card and she justwalks away from me causing the window to close. when she comes back i give her my card and she gave me my order. but after shehanded me my card, she walked away again with no goodbye or have a nice day. overall a bad experience! i have only had greatexperiences when i go in the afternoon and get to interact with the very sweet teenage girls who work afternoon shifts! 10/10for them, but 0/10 for the morning shift!
