I arrived early and just tortured myself as I watch them make pizza after pizza. They were clean and fast. It was entertaining... watching them but made me even more hungry. Very disappointed always ordered from there and last time was able to place an order and got no tracking, debit card charged,... called and was told to order from another location. 50.25$ now of the 3 stores this was 7 min from me and the others were both9mins not at all about the time but the way they handled it? Nah many more options hell I can buy alot of pizzas from woodmansfor 50$! Or little Cesar?s or Pizza Hut and I will. Not a problem! Read more

When trying to claim gluten free pizza from rewards program I was not allowed to use it for gluten free pizza. All I buy is... gluten free pizzas. No manager could help and corporate number was a recording telling me to deal with issue in store. Read more
DON'T GO HERE. Absolutely awful experience. I felt discriminated against. Racially and financially. My order was canceled... because I wanted to pay cash. After 45 minutes I go there and they say they canceled my order because they're not exceptingcash. Didn't call me or anything. So after the 45 I already waited they said it would be another 45 minutes because theycanceled my order. I was furious. Absolutely unacceptable Read more

Their online ordering system is a user unfriendly & lengthy process that has a lot of bugs in it that usually doesn't work. The... near west Aurora, Illinois location almost never answers their phone. It is usually impossible to place a online or phone orderon the weekend. I would give them Zero Stars but reviews are a minimum of 1 star. Read more
