Today, 9/28/22, no brown rice, no chicken and NO CHEESE! wth, they didn't have any cheese at 12:40 during a lunch rush. The... staff does the best with what they have. Over the past month, I have gone twice at the lunch hour. One time, no chicken or NOCheese! No cheese on a burrito?! The next time I went at lunch, they stopped the line from 1pm to 1:30 pm to catch up on onlineorders. Who is in charge of this location?! Where is the leadership making these decisions?! Staff seems to be trying but canonly do what they can with the resources. Read more

Very busy the past two times I've been. The line was almost out the door. Seems like door dash orders are slowing everything... down. Staff was friendly and quick when I finally get to the counter. Read more

Do not walk in to order. They do not care about people that drive up and walk into eat. They will only fulfill call in orders... ahead of yours. You can wait in line for 30 to 40 minutes before they?ll serve you. It?s ridiculous. Food is fine. But the waythey serve you as a customer when you walk in the store is second class. Please call your order in ahead of time or don?t wasteyour time. Read more

Had the worst Chipotle experience of my life today. My wife and I decided to stop at this store for a tasty dinner. We've had... bad experiences with the mobile ordering in the past at this store, so I elected to walk in and order. At first glance, Ithought that was a great decision. There was no one in line. However, as I approached the counter, the only employee behind thecounter failed to acknowledge me, and then just walked away for 2-3 minutes. That's fine, no biggie. When he returns, I order mytwo burrito bowls. The wife and I both like fajita veggies, and during my wait I saw that the veggie bowl was empty, but therewere some on the stove. I asked how long it would be to get veggies. The employee said 10-15 minutes(!!!). Well that's a bummerfor sure, but okay... So I then proceed to order her bowl and mine, only to also find out that they are also out of Carnitas.What's going on at this place? At this point I'm pretty annoyed, since we're missing multiple ingredients from the bowls we werehoping to get. But I continue on, and go to order. I pull up my app to scan my rewards, but the app has logged me out (which itseems to do every time), and at that point I had a line of people behind me. So I elected to just deal with claiming the rewardslater and enter my order number online. But before I could even get my receipt, the clerk had already thrown it away. So now I'mstuck with bowls we didn't really want, and no rewards for the purchase. And then the ultimate kicker, the food that we did endup getting was honestly just not good. I'm not sure if they're missing ingredients or what, but both bowls were very bland inflavor. And my wife's chicken had a bone in it! It was a cacophony of blunders, one worse than the other, and a trulydisappointing experience. Recommend to find another location for your Chipotle fix. Read more
