Ordered a Buffalo chicken sub and it was wayyy to soggy. Hurt my stomach after. Taste was average not bad but edible.

My honest review. The food is good. No question there. And that is why the next part is a major disappointment. The service is... a 2 out of 5. No doubt that the staff is kind of working hard but they all seem uninterested in being there and helpingcustomers. They are unable/unwilling to accommodate simple requests and if you're vegetarian, eat at your own risk because theywon't do anything special for you. Going there on the weekends are rough cause the food prep is poor and sloppy. Lines arelong. Staff can't keep up with the volume. Our order has been messed up 3 of the last 5 visits. Not sure why we keep goingback. It's become pricey also. Read more

I know what you're thinking it's mall food, but then again it isn't. These sandwiches are worth going out of the way for, and... then some! Too bad this mall is so crowded cuz I would suggest a Charley's pickup to go parking or maybe a curbside designatedspot, cuz sometimes I just go for the food to go and finding a spot is a nightmare unless you bring a friend, then they candrive around while you go in and pickup! The restaurant is conveniently located in the food market of the Premium Outlet in Aurora, with lots of seatings, and right in... the center of the outlet mall. Charleys Philly Cheesesteaks makes the best and freshest cheesesteaks, which are made to order,not waiting and drying out while waiting for customers to come and queue in line. The proof of how good they are can be seen inthe long queues for their cheesesteaks every meal time. The special deal of a chicken sandwich with fries are only $5.5, whichis an absolute steal! The food was pretty well rounded, and was really really filling (Had to take some leftovers), plus it just tasted delicious! We... had ordered the combo meal with chicken Philly steak and try gourmet fries. The waiting time was minimal so we got our food veryfast, even though it was fresh. Another upside of us eating there was that we got to see a little bird taking a shower/drink inthe soda fountain across the restaurant and we got a good laugh out of it before it flew away. All in all it was a goodexperience and I know where I'll eat next time I'm at the outlet mall. Read more
