Ordered small onion rings, a piece mozzarella sticks, a 4 piece jalapeño cheddar bites, and a large sweet tea. Our experience at the particular Burger King location was pretty horrible. When placing an order, the associate taking the order... was a little snippy. When I drove up to the window to pay, she said there was only 2 of them that showed up and they are behind.Now I understand the snippy attitude...if you can't staff for the night, please just close. I received my food and drove off, asI was still 3 hours from home and my kid was ready to go. On the interstate when I started to eat my sandwich, I discovered thebread was cold and hard, the meat was cold as well...which was very disappointing. I will never go here again. Sat and waited for a min which is fine. Girl came onto the speaker and i said i needed a minute i... was still looking. Another minute later i said i am ready to order and she scolded me saying i will need to wait now because iinterrupted her with her other customer. The tone was not nice and very rude she simply could have said hold on. I then leftthe drive thru without placing an order and there was one car in the drive up window when i drove by....i guess this employeecrazy busy with customers. So rude will never be going back. 3rd time i have encountered rude employees there in the passedmonth. Uncalled for and unprofessional. Avoid this BK there are 2 more a mile or so away from this one. Pretty sure you shouldn't be preparing food/sauces etc.. out on the front counter by the registers and everything. This is... disgusting. They just left them sitting there the entire time I was at the store as well. Gross. I'll be getting my breakfastsomewhere else from now on. Read more
Bad experience, dined in and they had no customers inside but took about 10 minutes just waiting to be asked what we wanted.... They have no ketchup ???? Lady named Isabelle seems mean and rude. She yells at her employees and almost fighting with them. Iwould hate to work here. Slow service too! Never coming in again. Read more
The worst location!! It?s so sad that this one location was built a few ago and they have the worst staff; just went through... their drive thru and waited over 10 min and for my food to be cold !!! I didn?t understand why they had me park to wait for myorder if they were going to give me cold food !!! I didn?t even special order .!!! So annoyed!! I?ve gone there 3 times and samething happens !! Worst experience in fast food I?ve ever had. Placed a Mobile order and paid. Once I get to location they inform me the item... isn?t available. No problem I said You can just cancel that item. I go to window and they tell me they can?t cancel item andcan?t refund for item. There was nothing else I wanted so I just said they could refund the whole order since they don?t havethe items. The Manager HEATHER begins to tell me they can?t refund anything and that she?ll get in trouble sorry it?s not herproblem very rudely and slams window in my face. Not once was I rude or cussed. Her co worker felt so bad and Agreed that wasmessed up and even tried to give me money out HiS own pocket to refund the order. Clearly have the wrong people manager.Literally go anywhere else! This burger king seem to have a similar bad workers as the other BK on 56 and Farnsworth. That BK is also permanently closed. ... I am guessing they are owned by the same people. Read more
