Last week I ordered breakfast and the food was warm and the hash browns tasted like it was cooked in old grease. I decided to... give it a second chance this morning and after I ordered breakfast I asked for the food to be fresh and hot. I explained aboutlast week and instead of apologizing the lady became defensive and argumentive. She stated they only cook the food once it'sordered, I disagreed with her I asked her for her name and she stated Anna or Annie. I told her I will be reporting her and herbehavior. I would never recommend anyone to eat here. The staff is rude, the food is cold, and the dining area is never clean. I had an... interaction with an individual by the name of Juan who called claimed to be a manager and it is safe to say that I will nevereat here again. Would vote 0 stars if I had the option too. Tried to use drive thru but somehow had 2 employees talking through the speaker. One I was ordering with and one that was... talking about onion rings or something to someone else. There's only 1 drive thru so not sure how that's possible. But it madeit super confusing to order. Ordered 4 impossible whoppers and some fries. Got home and took a bite. All that was on the whopperwas cheese and pickles. Gross. It's supposed to have the works. Like mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles. I even said, whenordering, "put everything that goes on it". First they took forever with there orders than they forgot my burger in bag than they gave us mozzarella sticks that tasted like... cornbread I believe they were very overcooked. Good thing they did change them but again had to wait and did give me my burgerwhich don't get how they can forget burger if I only had one meal and mozzarella sticks and extra drink. Read more
The most dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. The outside is just sad to watch. Garbage everywhere. Staff is super ghetto. You... can't say anything because of fear they might either slash your tires or place bugs in your food. Food is beyond greasy and oldtasting. I keep giving them chances but this was the last time I came to this location. My bag of food had nasty, greasy fingerprints all over it. Same lady handling money also grabbing the food bags. Although inside is beautiful, clean, updated and the gentleman that helped us was very nice...The food was meh! I tried their... carmel frappe I have been seeing on commercials and was extremely disappointed. I didn't even finish half of it because thetaste was not pleasant. Now let's talk about the cheeseburger which could fit in the palm of my hand. Are they always thatsmall? Also, the meat didn't look all the way cooked, had a pink tone to it. Again is that normal for Burger King? The frieswere nice and FRESH but sadness their ketchup was just liquid like water so we couldn't even use it. With fresh fries you needto have a cooling agent so you can eat them right away. Overall, our experience was okay here nothing wow about it, but heymaybe next time! Read more
When there for lunch the food was great, but the service was a bit slow as they only had; one cook, one person taking orders for... both drive thru and walkin, and one person handing out food. Burger King needs to work on hiring more people like the friendlyhardworking ones that they already have, if im going to consider going back. Read more
