Last week I ordered breakfast and the food was warm and the hash browns tasted like it was cooked in old grease. I decided to... give it a second chance this morning and after I ordered breakfast I asked for the food to be fresh and hot. I explained aboutlast week and instead of apologizing the lady became defensive and argumentive. She stated they only cook the food once it'sordered, I disagreed with her I asked her for her name and she stated Anna or Annie. I told her I will be reporting her and herbehavior. I would never recommend anyone to eat here. The staff is rude, the food is cold, and the dining area is never clean. Tried to use drive thru but somehow had 2 employees talking through the speaker. One I was ordering with and one that was... talking about onion rings or something to someone else. There's only 1 drive thru so not sure how that's possible. But it madeit super confusing to order. Ordered 4 impossible whoppers and some fries. Got home and took a bite. All that was on the whopperwas cheese and pickles. Gross. It's supposed to have the works. Like mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles. I even said, whenordering, "put everything that goes on it". When there for lunch the food was great, but the service was a bit slow as they only had; one cook, one person taking orders for... both drive thru and walkin, and one person handing out food.
