We wanted to burger King the other day it was dark outside. We spent over 38.00 dollars there. We had special orders which they... were all made the regular way. But the triple one. It supposed to come with cheese and no cheese was on it. We also said nopickles and it had pickles. 1 whopper meal was supposed to have no mayo and it did. The new chicken King was supposed to haveno pickles. I try calling no answer and today I got a hold of a manager who informed me since I hadn't get the receipt that shecouldn't do anything and then said she has to talk to the store manager tomorrow. Why can't they get orders right so you don'thave to call and complain. I was a manager for burger King in Morris, Yorkville and plano and my crew never had a complaintabout the order being messed up. I came in during rush hour with my family nothing major but, the customer service was outstanding! I had to leave a review... because of Hector and Marisol. Although they were extremely busy they made sure to tend to us promptly. We ordered a family packwith a few Icee drinks. My little brother unfortunately spilled one on the counter and Hector didn't seem to be bothered by ithe actually served a replacement right away. The whole staff was working extremely hard. Food was fresh and hot. This place was really clean too which I appreciate greatly. The bathroom was also spotless and didnt... smell musty. The two managers up front seemed very attentive and worked well together to get food out and very pleasant. Read more
Got a Whopper with cheese it seemed like it had been sitting there too long I was so frustrated I did not go back and return it... the fries were hot and salty and tasted good it was really upset about the burger they are kind of expensive these days and Icouldn't eat it I just threw it away.
