Ordered food their about a week ago it was hot and I was not disappointed food was hot and staff was prompt and friendly

We wanted to burger King the other day it was dark outside. We spent over 38.00 dollars there. We had special orders which they... were all made the regular way. But the triple one. It supposed to come with cheese and no cheese was on it. We also said nopickles and it had pickles. 1 whopper meal was supposed to have no mayo and it did. The new chicken King was supposed to haveno pickles. I try calling no answer and today I got a hold of a manager who informed me since I hadn't get the receipt that shecouldn't do anything and then said she has to talk to the store manager tomorrow. Why can't they get orders right so you don'thave to call and complain. I was a manager for burger King in Morris, Yorkville and plano and my crew never had a complaintabout the order being messed up.
