Ordered 2 pieces of chicken, only one came out at first. They brought out my second and it came out raw, and I ate half of it... before I noticed. Now you might ask, wouldn’t you notice after the first bite? Most people probably would, but I shovel fooddown my mouth. Had the manager come to the table. She said “sorry it’s swamped”. Mind you, it’s not swamped, andthere’s no excuse for serving raw chicken whether it’s swamped or not. She asked if I wanted my meal partially discounted, Ireplied yes. She asked if I wanted another piece of chicken, I replied yes. She brought back out another piece and that was rawas well. I asked for my meal to be fully discounted and she obliged. For a slow football monday never knew ordering a bucket of beer would take a whole 15 minutes and then brought over by another... server because our was too busy talking to who knows who. Once we received the bucket we noticed they where all one of a kindwhen we asked for two different kinds. Let alone waited for the shot I asked for at the same time I asked for the bucket. Theserver who brought our bucket seem less to care about my drink that the other server put down for my other so we had to wait.Yeah definitely not going back. Read more
Come in with a large party on a Saturday night and they were not busy at all but the service was terrible. We kept asking for... drinks and never got them. Food was mediocre. I had a chicken wrap and it was dry. The guy who was seating people was a completejerk. Plenty of other places in area worth going too. Not worth my money and they charge a 3% surcharge for a Covid fee! Read more
My husband and I visited this location for the first time. I will say that the food was very tasty. Service was a little... lackluster. The gentleman who took our order was nice if not overly attentive. The young lady who brought us our food and put iton our table barely acknowledged us. I think I get more acknowledgment from my teens that want nothing to do with me. Theyweren’t overly busy yet. I had to get up and find my own silverware because we only had one set at the table. We had to flagdown our server to ask for a drink refill- and even that took some serious arm waving. The bathroom was actually pretty gross. The three stars is totally for how yummy the food was. The El Camino burger was delicious! Service was attentive but I'm not a fan of the at the table check out, I feel like looking... over your bill and deciding on the amount to tip should be a private matter, not on the spot with your server. Read more
On the way, I stopped at this place. You can like this Bar and Grill from the very first moment. Very spacious with numerous... TV's and a bar in a central location. Typical American food. I opted for the Mushroom Tacos and it was very good. The servicewas very nice and attentive. Overall positive impression. Read more
I was truly looking forward to their happy hour specials on Wednesdays and then heard they had raised the price from last to... this week. The drinks were fun! The service was a little slow and our brownie/ice cream dessert was a little burnt. All in all,my friends and I had fun. We definitely enjoyed each other’s company! Read more
Walked in and this place was like 100 degrees inside. Even the other customers that were already there were fanning themselves... with the menus. Asked the staff to lower the temperature, which they did. But later on the temperature went back up. They do anautomatic 3% surcharge here. Plus 6 or more is an automatic 18% tip. We had 7 people, but 4 separate checks. Management ensuredus the 18% won't be on our bill since we were getting separate checks. Well the bills come and 18% was on each check. With the3% add on that was 21%. Our server was very good. Everyone wanted to leave more, but since management here doesn't take care ofits customers we didn't leave anymore. My wife told our server about this and she didn't know about any of this. We told heryour manager just lost you an additional 8% in tips. Won't go back here. Read more
