I used to drive by this place for years until one day I decided to stop by and ever since I just can't get enough of it. I've been here twice now. The first time was a lovely experience, and the food was excellent! The second time, the staff member... was rude and the food was mediocre. Food is not the only deciding factor in frequenting a business. I'll try them a third time.Hopefully, the service will be better next time as no one wants rudeness in the wee hours of the morning! My only complaint is, as a person who only sees a big Apple once every blue moon, I usually go to Dunkin. I?m ALWAYS shocked... when I open my bagel and it?s cut in half. I can?t tell you how many times I?ve lost half my bagel to the ground. I?m NEVERexpecting this. Also, my napkin they gave me was covered in dust and was dirty. Kinda gross. I absolutely love their muffins, especially the apple one! It's best to go in the morning before all the good flavors run out.
