Every time I go here I am unable to get what I ordered. I?m given so many excuses!!?Were deep cleaning our cases.? ?We don?t... have any ice cream? My personal favorite line was ?our blenders are broken?. Really?? All of your blenders?? What a joke. It?slike the people in charge of the McDonald?s ice cream machine run this store. If you don?t have the product you shouldn?t beopen for business. Wont ever be going back here. I would highly recommend anyone reading this chose another place to spend yourmoney. Read more

I ordered a birthday cake online for my daughter?s 10th birthday with her favorite BR ice cream flavor as well as the cupcake... theme to match her birthday party. When I called the morning to pick up the cake, the workers didn?t know what I was referringto even though I had an email confirmation of the order. Long story short, I did not get the cake I ordered and was beyonddisappinted as my daugher was looking forward to her special cake.
