Do NOT order a cake from here. I ordered online a week in advance. When we went to pick it up they tell us ?5 minutes? we waited... around for 30 minutes! They obviously were just now making the cake. Which whatever but the worse of all, the photo on the cakeis GREEN! They claimed there is something wrong with the printer. SO WHY offer this service then? You clearly cannot do itcorrectly so don?t offer it especially for $42 on a 6?? cake. ???? learned my lesson, we will not be back. Read more

constantly changing their hours. last week they updated and said they were open till 9:30 everyday today they have a sign on... their drive thru that says they?re closed early. i go to check the website and now it?s back to 8:30. this location is soaggravating and what ice cream place closes at 8:30?? They constantly close before their listed closing time and have an attitude about it. The 3rd time we tried to go there... unsuccessfully, we told them they should change their hours on their website and they said it wasn't their problem. Read more

Last time I checked, places of business were supposed to keep their doors unlocked during scheduled business hours. Apparently... the two young men working the night shift at this location decided to lock up early. Pulled up about five minutes beforeclosing to grab some ice cream to take home and was denied entry, even after one of the workers gestured to me that they closeat 10, and then took his phone out of his pocket to check the time. (He must not be able to read numbers very well.) I'dunderstand if they had to close up and rush out due to some family emergency or something, but from the lethargic pace they wereemptying the donut trays and wiping down the counters, they didn't seem to be in too big of a hurry to punch out and leave. (There was a also a young lady there who seemed to be doing a good deal of work, keeping to herself and working hard.) Thecleanup process must be absolutely hilarious because there sure was a lot of laughter going on inside with the two guys. Toobad they couldn't take a break from the comedy long enough to serve a customer who showed up during regular business hours. Iguess that will be a teaching moment about customer service for my kids when I show up empty-handed and explain why I didn'tcome home with ice cream. Staff was friendly but when asked if they had any type of non dairy frozen treats an employee offered up the sherbet as a non... dairy option. Fortunately I googled the ingredients myself before purchasing and the first ingredient listed is cream lol. LikeI said staff was friendly and helpful and overall very nice, I just think they need to be trained a bit better at knowingtheir products. Read more
