Both of the fox valley locations are horrendous. They both run out of pretzels on a Saturday! On top of that they run out of the... dipping sauce. They don?t know how to apply your coupon and try to do a random discount that doesn?t equate to your coupon.Nobody knows what they?re doing. Bad customer service.
