Excellent Chinese style hot pot. More than ten combinations of broth, I chose mushroom base and special beef base. They were... tasty but unique. The scrimps we're fresh and big, maybe 25-30 count size. I chose two kinds of beef, again good meat. All otherdishes were also fresh and great. Great service. The buffet is most worth it! The broths were all very good. After reading the reviews, they definitely upped their service and... their quality of the food. My family each got a different soup, and they were all very good. The toppings were also very goodand plentiful. Will come back! Read more
Enjoy making my own sauce as spicy as I like. Elegant dragon head hot pot. Fresh food and good soups. Fancy robotic waiter. They... also have private rooms for small party and family. My favorite soup base is mushroom soup and I add a bit of cilantro andscallion as I like. The good thing about plain soup is that it will build up flavour after you start cooking something in it.Please be aware that the spicy soup may be too spicy for some people. I find it is quite spicy to me so I am happy to stick withmy mushroom soup. The service could sometimes be really slow but the staffs are friendly. My own secret sauce would be a splashof : spring onion/scallion, corainder/cilantro, chilli, sesame seeds, soya sauce, oyster sauce, and a bit of sesame sauce,sesame oils, chilli oils, sugar, and vinegar. I?ve been been here a few times and the food is always amazing! It?s probably our new favorite place to eat out anymore! There?s... so many options for meats and broth to change the taste of your food! The all you can eat is the best value for groups with morethan 2 people we?ve found. I only took 1 star for 1 issue and it?s mostly the service/interactions with the waiter we keepgetting. All 3 times we?ve gone we?ve had the same gentleman as our waiter and it seems like whenever we have questions we getdifferent answers and he seems a bit agitated. He isn?t out right rude but it definitely is a bit uncomfortable. We also wentwith a bit of a group last time and at check out he thought we didn?t tip him and he actually asked us ?Did you not receive goodservice?? which I actually did find very rude.
