10/30/22-This place got 3 stars or average mostly due to price. They are higher then other places with similar products and I... thought it would be hard for some place to be more expensive then Starbucks. At the same time the Beast Halloween drink we hadwas really good. This is a place I could see stopping by only when they have a seasonal drink and only getting that drink once.Stopping here regularly is not for the average person, but it could be a treat. The chocolate pumpkin bread we had didn't haveany chocolate chips in our piece so they have issues with a consistant product. It was also super cold in spots and wetish likethey had just taken it out of the freezer and the ice on it melted. It had a good flavor though. The service was about average.The girl forgot our pumpkin bread at first and I had to remind her about the stickers for the drink. They also only have outdoorseating. Read more
The pumpkin pie latte was delicious. The sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was good. They don?t have ketchup for the... sandwiches though and the person who took my order some how misheard that I wanted two lattes I guess. Read more
I have been to this location numerous times. With mostly good experiences but the last 2 times I?ve gone have left such a bad... taste in my mouth that I don?t think I will be going back. The first bad experience I gave them the benefit of the doubt, it?speak hours (7am) and they need more staff. Not their fault. But today I went to pick up my online order that I had placed earlyto make my life easier as well as the stores. My order was suppose to be ready at 6:58 am, I get to the walk up window at 7amand they said that their system was acting up but they would get working on my order and it would be out shortly. That?s fine, Iget technology fails us from time to time. I was told my order was almost ready 3 separate times. I ordered a black coffee and akids drink. After 3 people came up to the window, placed their order and got their drinks before me as well as another personthat placed an online order and got hers in 2 minutes I was starting to get frustrated. It was now 7:23 and I was going to belate to work. I told them my situation and they apologized and blamed it on their system again. That is a cop out, you shouldprioritize orders that you know the customer has been waiting over orders that just came in. I had now been waiting almost halfan hour for a black coffee and a small drink and they didn?t even offer me anything. I am a very patient person, I worked infood service and I understand but this was completely unacceptable. I do not like giving negative reviews but if you want yourcoffee in a timely manner you either need to give yourself an extra half hour or go somewhere else. Read more
First time at one of these and I loved it! Staff was super friendly and patient and gave me a full run down and recommendations... when I didn?t know what to order. Got the raspberry truffle blended and it was amazing. Tastes like my starbux white chocolatemocha add raspberry that I always get but better flavor. Will def come back here! Read more
I?m from out of state and a friend recommend this place I got a cold brew with oat milk and Carmel drizzle. Cold brew tasted... bitter and watered down, and there was a lot of coffee grounds in my drink, not enough oat milk. Probably wouldn?t recommend-better than Starbucks? Read more

Wow- we tried this Ziggi's for the 1st time today. I ordered 7 drinks because it's hot outside and my husband and I wanted a... blended coffee but also something else too..... so we ordered our kids drinks and our coffee drinks, plus two extra drinks andthe service was phenomenal! He explained to me what this was what that was..... they were patient, kind and fabulous! After Iordered all those drinks they came out amazing and fast!!!!
