I was very pleasantly surprised with my dinner tonight. After reading the reviews I did not have high expectations but I was... very impressed. Wing Stop was the only place delivering tonight due to the icy roads. I ordered delivery and my order arrivedon time, with everything in it and it was still hot. It was super tasty. I ordered delivery on their website. When the driver came over 1/2 my order was missing. I called just to get hung up on. I... called back and told them I was just going to come in store and was told it would be another 30-40 min for the rest of my order.I was not going to wait and told them they could refund my order. They ended up saying they couldn?t and that I would need tocome in store and get the food or they would give me store credit for another order at a later time. I also complained that Ihad to pay a delivery fee and still ended up having to drive to the store and I was told there?s nothing they could do aboutthat and that the manager who does the refunds wasn?t even in and they would have to call me back (Out of all the times I?vebeen told that, at this location I have never gotten a call back). Food was cold and definitely not worth the price. Customerservice sucked. For such a new store I thought it would be better. I guess I should just learn my lesson and stop going to wingstop. Not sure why this location has such low rating, but from my multiple visits to this store, i have had nothing but good things to... say. I order through the app, and food is always hot and ready within 20 minutes. Staff has always been attentive as soon as iwalk in through the door, and my food order is always correct. Read more

New but been there a handful of times and the food has always been satisfactory for the product. Wait is a bit longer than... other locations (to be expected w/ new stores) but I'm pleased as regular wing man. Took a star away because last two timesfries were not satisfactory. 0 stars if possible. Do not order here. every single time I have ordered food from here at least half or more is missing. I had... ordered at least $300 worth for a work event and maybe got $50 worth. I drove here to see if they would fix the order and saidthere was nothing they could do about it and blamed it on the door dash driver even after they realized they didn't even sendthe food, it was just sitting there for an hour. . There is nothing but a bunch of lazy kids that work here and a manager thatdoesn't know what she is doing or saying. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I've learned my lesson. Went in and they were more into feeding their faces than helping us order walked right past us to get ketchup for her fries.... Maybe hire people who want to work. Won't go there I would rather go to one that appreciates their customers. Had to ask forsomeone yo take our order they seemed to bothered won't go to this location again. Manager needs to hire better people. Read more

I called in to place an order and after waiting 7 minutes on the phone only to be told by a representative to wait again. The... representative was not listing to my order and i had to repeat myself over 5 times just for her to get my order correct. When Ifinally arrived at restaurant, one computer was not functional and my order hadn't been placed. I had to start the whole processagain, including me having to repet myself numerous time and they still managed to get the order wrong. I heard someone call outDav when my name is David so, i didn't think anything of it as someone else who was dinning in said ( I am Dav) theserver/order representative gave them the food. After they had picked the food they thought was theirs and noticed it was theincorrect , they made it to the service desk and notify them.They took the order to the kitchen and proceeded to bag it up andcalled my name. This is disgusting and unsanitary especially under a pandemic. I asked to speak with the Manager and she said Iwould have to wait another 25 min after I had been waiting for 30min. There is no customer service at this place and no apologywas ever given and I refuse to go back. I asked for a refund and the manager said and I quote (Absolutely)! Thank you Read more

Long wait, food was pretty cold when I got to eat it(10mins after I picked-up in-store)flavor was bland IMO(wings). Fries were... undercooked. It's a brand new location, so they still have a lot of things to work out. Hopefully they can. Read more
