It took them 45 minutes to make my food. If you want your food then you basically HAVE to order online. If you order inside make... sure to ask them if your order is ready repeatedly because they won't announce your order otherwise. Food is great but theservice needs some work. Read more

The cashier Jessica was great. She spelled "Michael" perfect. The other girl was extremely flustered and not truthful. She... called "Michelle" so I did not go up to the counter to get my order. I am now eating cold wings and cold fries. The ticketclearly says walk dine in. Why would they put it on the shelf and forget it ? When I asked her, did you call Michael, she saidshe called both. Not true. She needs to be retrained. Jessica went on a short break so she wasn't there to point out who Michaelis. However, it was not busy so she should have looked around the corner and would've seen me sitting there. Not the cooks faultor Jessica. Solely the other cashiers fault. Then lying was not necessary. Admit your faults and move on. No big deal. Also,she really needs to slow down, all that stress is self induced. It's just hot wings. Slow down and talk to people calmly.
