I went to Wendys today on the corner of E. Iliff Ave and S Buckley Rd. In Aurora, CO.. I had to wait for almost 45 minutes... after I ordered my food to even get to the window. Once I was at the window it took almost 10 more minutes to get my food.While we where sitting at the window this young man was sitting on his phone on the counter of all places. Once I arrived athome (less than 5 minute drive) I sat down to eat and my entire meal was soggy and cold. I have had an issue with this Wendy'sonce before but thought it was a fluke. I'm very disappointed I'm how the workers were behaving and the quality of the food. Iwill not be coming back to this Wendy's ever. Read more
Person at window was great. However my bacon chicken Croissant turned into a biscuit, they don't have a biscuit with bacon that... I can see on the menu. So I got charged for what I wanted and got something they don't make. Read more
The drive through was shut down? Crowded inside. Workers told customers that wanted to pay with cash to leave. I couldn't tell... you how many people left because it was painfully slow. They messed up my order, but I just left. I didn't want to wait another30 minutes for a cold burger and ice cold fries, just to through it away later. I don't think I'll be going back. 0 stars. You know, or frequent visitors should, Wendy's is traditionally slow; however, lately fast food is living up to its name. One... day a bar and grill takes over 30 minutes to make 8 wings, another it's Applebee's taking over 20 minutes to make 5 bread sticksand Alfredo sauce then removing the ability to post a review. The food at this particular Wendy's has always been made to myexact specifications and never had to speak to the manager. Read more
Hands down the worst food ever. Nuggets are so bad that I have to spit them out, sandwich is awful couldn?t eat more than a bite... I was so hungry only could eat stale fries. They gave no sauces when I clearly asked for some. Ohh btw make sure to order somenapkins as well cause they clearly expect you to eat you drive thru without any. Read more
Wendy's is foul!! Ordered the Spicy Chicken Asiago Bacon Ranch w/extra onion + pickles. Here's what we received - no Asiago... cheese, bacon, tomato or onion. It was late after 10pm, we were hungry and had already made it back home and started eating. Called them that night and next day. Ask if they answered. Those sandwiches aren't cheap, either!! I'd love to give it 5 stars. However I was told that the credit card reader was not working. Luckily I carry emergency cash.... Come to find out the credit card readers on the self service kiosks were working. I would have rather used my card. By that timeI had already paid. Read more
