It had to many high school teenagers learning. Food was cold. Drive thru lines was backed up. Don't know the meaning of fast... food. Look I don't mind if younger but no team leads that has experience. Never going back. Food used to be good to eat. Finding better places to go to. Read more
I went to Wendys today on the corner of E. Iliff Ave and S Buckley Rd. In Aurora, CO.. I had to wait for almost 45 minutes... after I ordered my food to even get to the window. Once I was at the window it took almost 10 more minutes to get my food.While we where sitting at the window this young man was sitting on his phone on the counter of all places. Once I arrived athome (less than 5 minute drive) I sat down to eat and my entire meal was soggy and cold. I have had an issue with this Wendy'sonce before but thought it was a fluke. I'm very disappointed I'm how the workers were behaving and the quality of the food. Iwill not be coming back to this Wendy's ever. Read more
Person at window was great. However my bacon chicken Croissant turned into a biscuit, they don't have a biscuit with bacon that... I can see on the menu. So I got charged for what I wanted and got something they don't make. Read more
The drive through was shut down? Crowded inside. Workers told customers that wanted to pay with cash to leave. I couldn't tell... you how many people left because it was painfully slow. They messed up my order, but I just left. I didn't want to wait another30 minutes for a cold burger and ice cold fries, just to through it away later. I don't think I'll be going back. 0 stars.
