I just got off of work thinking I was about to get a hot meal. They claim they close the dining room at 10pm but it is 8:17 and... they have all the doors locked. When I went up to the door I was looked at and then they looked away. Been here recently duringthe day and the service was HORRIBLE. To put it nicely. I can not believe.... nobody took our order in the drive thru, at 5 pm, we pulled to the window and finally a girl comes to the... window and says "yeah?" We ask to place an order, and in the most rude tone she says, "yeah, but you can wait because we aredoing a shift change." (since when do they close for that???) And continues to stare at us. And shuts the window dramatically.After ten minutes, we finally were able to place an order, and none of them would give us a phone number or real manager to callor talk to about it. We spoke to 3 people. They all were protecting her rude customer service for some reason. This store needssome management, and training. For not having done anything wrong , my exp. There were a few cars in front of us, but they got us through the drive thru line quickly. The chicken sandwich lemonade and... fries were good. We had to send the fries back for hot ones, but the second batch was good. Service was good. Overall, this isa good place foe a quick bite to eat. Read more
Horrible first time coming to this Wendy?s we waited forever in line for them to have poor customer service. Also they gave my... girls order her salad had nothing in it. On top of that they told me my card was declined when I literally just checked and havemoney in their im going to keep an eye out incase they steal my info. Slow service. Employees are distracted, at best, aloof, at worst. Mixed my items with another order... Did not apologize, just... fixed it. Dirty dining area with a spilled drink that was not mopped up the entire time I was there despite multiple employeesseeing the spill and avoiding it. Food is not terrible, but not as good as other nearby locations. Also, it should be noted thatthe bacon is often undercooked, slimy and unpalatable. This is not the worst Wendy's I've been to, but it seems to be tryingfor that title. The Wendy's on the corner of Iliff and Buckley is a FAR superior experience. Read more
