These guys had there food truck at a couple of events I was attending. This time I got the taste of Burma plate which came with... chicken curry, samosa, and tea leaf salad. The curry was delicious, ginger forward and had yummy potatoes. The samosa was stillcrunchy and filled with potatoes as well. My favorite was the salad which had some great texture and flavors. This place has Amazing food. I got the Shan Noodles(dry noodles with a side of broth, tasted awesome) and their Samosas (which... came with such an interesting sauce, loved). Heard about the variety of international food at Mango House (the complex that houses Urban Burma) and specifically Urban Burma,... so I came to check it out. There is a parking lot behind the building, and there is also street parking out front. Urban Burmais the first restaurant on the left if you enter from the street. The cashier was friendly and helpful with the menu. Thetaste of the food was good, but the noodles were overcooked, and the chicken was too dry. They do spice levels from 1-5, and the4 was pretty spicy. I tried the Burmese iced tea which was similar to Thai iced tea in taste. Most of the other reviews aregreat, so maybe I had a one off experience. Read more
