All the items tasted authentic and great. The chatni/sauces were on point. The large dosa was really value for the money since... it could feed almost 3 people if ordered with additional masala. We visited Madras cafe while visiting Colorado. We ordered plantain bajji, Masala dosa, Onion Rava dosa and masala tea. Food... taste was excellent, chutneys were yummy. My 6 year old drank the sambhar like a soup. Overall great tasty fresh food, goodambience and quick service. I would definitely recommend to visit this place if around the area. Here?s what we ordered: - Idli (I just... didn?t find it that exciting, wasn?t really sure what I was eating) - Garlic Naan (freshly baked, great taste) - Paneer MasalaDosai (really creamy and tasty, though it?s not ideal to order through take out. Not the same experience) - Malai Kofta (verydelicious, creamy, and sweet but not too sweet). Overall, the experience was great and the food was served hot and fresh.
