Ate here tonight for dinner. The bison nachos were to die for, i’ve never had bison and they were so delicious. I ended up... getting the Avalon bison burger and the burger was tender, juicy and tasted phenomenal. Our waitress Angelica (Im not sure onthe spelling) was amazing and made us feel very welcome. First time we ever had bison and it was delicious. A bit pricy but well worth it. Sierra was our server and she was absolutely... amazing. The bartender was great to.
