We found this place while searching food near me on Google. The wait to get in on a Monday night was 30 min. It was honestly... worth it tho. The bison burger I had was tender, juicy and delicious. My wife and daughter had burgers from the kids menu andthey said it was good as well. The restaurant it upscale looking inside but you don't need to dress up to feel welcome. Read more
Travelled to Colorado and stumbled across this place and it’s a real gem. 10/10 recommend! Tried bison for my first time and... wow they really know how to season a burger. I stuck with beef because I was worried I wouldn’t like bison and he brought outa sample of the patty and it was the most tender, juiciest meat you could put on a burger. They had homemade chips and onionsrings that are to die for! A little pricey but well worth it all. Great for tourists. Read more
Love the western themed motif in this establishment! And the food/drinkers complimented the atmosphere! I came here solo for a... nice meal. I sat at the bar and was quickly served my favorite IPA. I ordered the 1977 American cup, which comes with a tastybison burger, cheese, veggies, and a fried egg. I would have liked the egg to be a little more runny, but nothing is perfect inlife. The French fries were tasty as well I finished dinner off with a rich, warm brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.With another ipa to wash it down. I was a happy man. Service was top notch. Very chill and romantic type of setting. Not as much on the menu as i expected but the food was overall pretty good. I can't... complain. I don't know if it's a MUST have though. It's definitely satisfying and good I'd go again for sure. Read more
I come to this place every time I am in town, maybe 5 times a year. The food was only disappointing one time and that was... because I tried fish and it was a bit over cooked. For all the other times I have been here, including this one, it has beengreat. This go around I had the Bison filet medium rare with asparagus and 50/50 fries and onion rings. The steak was deliciousand while it could have had a bit more char and a bit more done it was tender and tasty. The sides were good as well. Ienjoyed the pretzel beer they had also, very tasty. For dessert I had the Adult salted caramel shake. It was absolutelyamazing. A bit more Jack to it would have been my liking but for most it will be just perfect. Friendly service. Nice menu verity. Fills up quick. Got their at opening on a weekday and there was a wait by the time I left.... Maybe the incoming snow had something to do with it. It was my birthday on Oct 31 during my family trip so my husband made a reservation here for dinner. Kathy served us in the... sweetest way, answering all the questions nicely, explained and recommended the food, beer and wine. It came out to be more thanperfect. It was our first time trying bison and I can tell you it is a MUST-TRY. Everything was nice especially the meatloaf, sosoft and juicy. Even the sides were perfect. Mashed potato was the real hand-mashed one, the broccoli had a scent of fire, thebrussell sprout was nicely cooked, and the onion ring had a perfect crispness, carrots were sweet and the french fries were alsojust perfect. Oh and the complimentary cucumber dish was so nice! I cannot say any bad word about this restaurant. Everythingwas perfect. Lastly, I was trying to tell Kathy she made my day while saying goodbye and as soon as she got to know it was mybirthday, she packed little happy for me. I had a perfect birthday evening.
